The Game Stops Concert to Pick Fight with Bottle-Throwing Fan

The Game's Norway concert came to a screeching halt last night -- when the rapper dodged a flying bottle ... and then went into the crowd to FIGHT the moronic perpetrator.

Before he jumped off the stage ... Game warned the person, "Next time you throw something, I'm just gonna ask someone next to you who threw it and we gon' jump over there and f*ck you up."

But the rapper -- and his buffed out crew -- got tired of talking ... and charged into the crowd on a seek-and-destroy mission. Game can be heard saying, "You ain't so tough now, boy."

Game returned to the stage within moments -- and it doesn't appear any punches were thrown ... but we're guessing the guy learned his lesson.

Kim Kardashian Slams Enquirer's "Malicious and Untrue" Take on Her Haiti Trip

"While my experience was completely life-changing—a very emotional and surprisingly positive journey that I will never forget," the E! star blogged today about her trip to the earthquake-ravaged nation on behalf of Maria Bello's We Advance organization, "some media outlets have tried to tarnish the motive behind my visit and have written completely ridiculous and untrue things."

So, where did the untruth originate?

It appears that the story of Kardashian's trip being more of a vanity project than anything else originated with the National Enquirer—which quoted a third-person anonymous source who said that Oprah Winfrey called Kim "phony" after she upstaged the OWN maven's journey to Haiti and on-the-ground interview with Sean Penn.

 

And the tabloid didn't stop there.
"The National Enquirer wrote that I went to a fashion show in Haiti and spent a fortune pampering myself!" Kardashian's blog post continued. "The truth is that I was at the Haitian Artisan Fair, where the amazing men and women who make their jewelry and crafts sell them to visitors to make a living, and I bought some beautiful jewelry!! Reading this made me so disappointed in the media...Taking such a positive thing and writing something malicious and untrue."

"The journalists obviously didn't bother to do their research and instead published a ridiculous story to sell copies," she wrote. "I have ignored all of this until now, but because I wanted to write a few blogs about my experience, I felt I needed to address this first. I have become accustomed to dealing with rumors and lies spread about my family or my relationships, and have learned to ignore it to a certain extent. But when a magazine makes the decision to twist the truth and write lies like that, it belittles the entire experience we had in Haiti, and I won't let them do that."

Kardashian did indeed return to Los Angeles raving about her life-altering experience in the troubled Caribbean nation and how she wanted to go back with sisters Khloé and Kourtney as soon as possible.

Kris Jenner made the trip with her this time around, as did Bello and Patricia Arquette.

Meanwhile, Winfrey benignly tweeted last week from the displaced person's camp run by Penn's relief organization, J/P HRO, and now is looking ahead to her first trip to India next month.

 

Marc Anthony And Jennifer Lopez Could Get Into A Bitter Custody War

Things were going so well between Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony.

But ever since her 24-year-old boyfriend Casper Smart entered the picture, it looks like the former married couple could very well possibly be on a verge of a "vicious" custody war.

It all started when Anthony saw pics of his their twins Emme and Max bonding with the new guy while the four of them were on vacay in Kauai, Hawaii. He apparently "hit the roof," which "caused a huge blowup."
And even though they're ironed out all their custody arrangements for the twins, it looks like Anthony is "going back on his word and saying he wants joint custody."

A source says:

"He wants to make Jennifer suffer because she's having fun with someone new, and he knows this will hurt her on the deepest level."

Ugh! That's terrible! Parents can't let their personal feelings for their former spouses get in the way of their children's happiness and well-being.

What's worse is that according to a friend, J. Lo is "ready to smash him if he tries anything…It's getting vicious."

Not cool. Kids come first, not revenge tactics you want to pull on your ex.

Kardashian Clothing Scandal Human Rights Group Leader Says NO PROOF of 'Slave Labor'

The leader of the human rights group quoted in a story implying the Kardashians use "slave labor" to manufacture their clothes and shoes says the story is misleading.

Charles Kernaghan, Executive Director of the Institute for Global Labour and Human Rights, tells TMZ, he told Star Magazine, "It was a wise idea to wait on the article," because he had no proof that the specific factories the Kardashians use violated child labor standards or human rights.

Star's headline reads, "Kardashian Sweatshop Scandal: Family's Fashion Empire Makes Millions from Child Labor."  Kernaghan is quoted as saying, "The Kardashians are in bed with some pretty bad people ... Not only are celebrities like the Kardashians taking advantage of these workers, they are holding hands with a government that spits on democracy and women's rights."

Kernaghan tells us ... his quotes were taken out of context ... that the violations he described to Star apply to the REGION in China where clothing and other items are manufactured.  He says child labor practices in many of the factories are appalling, but he has no proof the specific factories the Kardashians use employ such practices.

Kernaghan says his organization is investigating the factories the Kardashians use, but so far he has NO EVIDENCE of any human rights abuses.

Kernaghan does say ... 75% of the factories in the region have violations similar to the ones described in Star.

Kris Jenner tells TMZ ... the factories the Kardashians use are "strictly policed" and there are no child labor or human rights violations.

We put a call in to Star.  So far ... no response.

Tupac Sex Tape SOLD

Tupac Shakur's 1991 sex tape is officially off the market -- TMZ has learned, the XXX footage has been sold to a private collector.

Sources connected to the deal tells us, the former tape owner decided not to sell to a big company out of principle -- claiming the corporate porn fat cats were "parasites."

No word on what it sold for ... but as we previously reported, bids for the background music alone -- an original, unreleased Tupac track -- had reached $1,000,000.

Maybe next time, folks ... though we wouldn't hold our breath -- a rep for the Tupac estate tells us, it plans to block any future sale of the tape ... and make sure the tape never sees the light of day.

James Cameron getting sued for more than 2.5 billion over Avatar

Turns out every sci-fi nerd on the planet had the idea for "Avatar" before James Cameron -- because the director is now being sued AGAIN for allegedly stealing the concept for the movie ... this time for more than $2 bil.

Bryant Moore -- a science fiction writer not-famous for his screenplays "Aquatica" and "Descendants: The Pollination" -- claims Cameron used the two screenplays as the basis for "Avatar."

In his lawsuit, Moore points out various similarities, including bioluminescent flora/plant life, unbreathable atmospheres, matriarch support of hero vs. heroine, spiritual connections to environment and reincarnation, appearance of mist in scene, sunlight to moonlight, crackling from gargantuan foliage, blue skin/green skin and battle scene on limbs/branches.

Moore is also going after 20th Century Fox and Cameron's production company.  He wants more than $1.5 billion in actual damages and more than $1 bil in punitives.

"Avatar" raked in more than $2.78 billion worldwide.

It’s not mentioned in the article but I read that Bryant Moore actually proposed his story to James Cameron back in 1997 or 99, I forget which one.

Lindsay Lohan definitely gave Playboy their money's worth ... because the issue is selling out all across the country ... TMZ has learned.

According to our sources, newsstands in major cities like New York and Los Angeles have had to re-order the issue multiple times. We're told Playboy is even getting re-orders from cities that usually never order more issues.

Our sources say Lindsay's appearance in the mag has also had an effect online as well ... where the mag has seen a huge increase in subscription sales to their online service, iPlayboy.com.

If only her movies did this well ...

Kevin Federline on Britney's Engagement: "I'm Really Happy for Her"

Considering all they went through during  Britney Spears' very public meltdown in 2007-2008, Kevin Federline is elated to see his ex-wife find happiness with a new man.

In an interview with Australia's TV Week, the erstwhile dancer and rapper sounded off on Spears announcement last week that is engaged to boyfriend Jason Trawick, expressing support for the popster.

"I'm really happy for her—I think he's a great guy," said the 33-year-old Federline from the Oz set of his new Nine Network reality series, Excess Baggage.

He continued: "She's happy; she's doing really well. I want to say she's in a good place. I haven't spoken to her much since I've been over here—both of us have been busy with her being on tour—but I do know from talking to the kids [6-year-old Sean Preston and 5-year-old Jayden James] and talking to the kids' teachers that they're doing really good. It's a good step in the right direction. I'm totally happy for her."
Federline and Spears tied the knot on Sept. 18, 2004, but filed for divorce a little more than two years later citing irreconcilable differences and setting off a brief custody battle.

In the wake of Britney's multiple stints in various drug treatment programs and suddenly bizarre behavior (like the time she shaved her head), K-Fed was granted sole physical custody of the children in October 2007.
By January 2008, a court also awarded him legal custody of the kids after Spears ended up in the psychiatric ward and placed her under temporary conservatorship.

"It was tough," Kevin remarked about the ordeal. "I had to do what I had to do for the safety of our children. But at the same time, it tears my heart to pieces to watch your ex go through that, let alone watch anybody go through that. It's horrible. It was a completely dramatic, depressing stage of my life that I'm so glad I'm over and get to leave behind. It was tough."

 

Federline, now 33, has since moved on and is currently in a relationship with longtime girlfriend Victoria Prince, with whom welcomed a baby, his fifth child, in September. And he's in a good place as well.
"Victoria's the best person in the world," he told the magazine. "It took me going through the things that I went through to find a person like her. She's more than I could ever have hoped for. Hopefully Britney feels the same way."

As for Trawick, Federline had nothing but good things to say about Spears' agent turned fiancé.
"I've spoke to him quite a few times as of now. He seems like a really good guy," said K-Fed. "The kids speak highly of him [and] her family loves him."

Maybe now they'll all get together for Christmas.

 

Bombshell McGee Sex Tape Surfaces

Jesse James' former mistress Michelle "Bombshell" McGee got down and dirty with 2 tatted-out sex freaks this year -- and the private XXX liaisons were all caught on tape ... tape that now lies in the hands of a giant porn company.

Sources tell TMZ, the footage documents two separate sexual encounters -- one with a tatted-up man ... and one with a tatted-up woman (above) ... both shot within the last year.

It's unclear how, but we're told the tapes were acquired by porn giant Red Light District -- the same adult studio that released the infamous "1 Night in Paris" -- and it plans to release the footage early next year in a 2-DVD box set.

And there's this -- we're told there's even more Bombshell sex footage floating around, but it's so extreme ... RLD is considering not releasing it for legal reasons.

The studio wouldn't comment on any possible deal it struck with Bombshell -- and attempts to reach Bombshell herself for comment were unsuccessful.

Rihanna Runs Off Stage to Throw Up During Concert

Rihanna's had a lot of memorable stage moments during her "Loud" tour -- but this weekend one concert was downright sick!

While performing in Portugal, RiRi ran off stage midway through her hit "What's My Name," leaving her backup dancers to take center stage.

After the show, the singer explained what happened on her Twitter:

"i ran off stage to throw up, halfway thru Whats My Name...made it back juuuust in time for RudeBoy!" she tweeted at a fan who asked if she had "any cool memories" from the show.

'Teen Mom' Amber Portwood Facing 2 Years in Jail

"Teen Mom" Amber Portwood could end up in the slammer for 2 years after allegedly violating virtually ALL of the terms of her probation -- including staying sober in public ... and not beating people up.

According to court docs filed in Indiana, obtained by TMZ, Amber's probation officer claims the 21-year-old former "Teen Mom" committed a laundry list of violations:

-- "Failure to behave well in society" -- namely, drinking too much and hitting a person at a restaurant last month
-- Failure to obtain a GED
-- Failure to complete 6 months of anger control evaluation and classes
-- Failure to pay probation fees
-- Failure to set up a $10,000 college fund for her baby daughter

Amber was sentenced to 2 years in jail after being convicted of beating the crap out of her baby daddy Gary Shirley -- but the sentence was suspended on the condition that she do all of the above.

Amber's due back in court for a hearing in January, when she'll have the opportunity to explain herself. If the judge doesn't buy it, he or she could throw the book at Amber.

Calls to Portwood have not been returned.

Howard Stern He's Got Talent!

 Howard Stern just signed on with "America's Got Talent."

The King of All Media will replace Piers Morgan, much to the chagrin of those folks at the Parents Television Council, which felt he was too raunchy for primetime.

And producers wanted Stern so bad, they've even agreed to move 'AGT' to NYC -- so Howard can continue working on his radio show.

Fact is ... as we've been saying, Stern is a smart dude who knows his audience and when he should push the limits.

____hours after the announcement -- when a camera dude asked if he was making $20 mil.  Stern's response:  "Do I work for that little?"  Stern laughed -- yes, to the bank.

The reason the camera guy asked the question -- there were reports he was settling on $20 mil.  But let's put this in context.  Stern signed a 5-year deal with Sirius XM for an estimated $400 million.

Jessica Biel's little brother is slamming Justin Timberlake's 901 Tequila company -- claiming the brand is a massive failure and JT is to blame.

Justin Biel -- who we're told worked for the 901 brand until a few weeks ago -- just posted a couple of videos to his Facebook page ... in which he claims Timberlake sabotaged the company by refusing to promote his own liquor.   

Biel rants, "I've been waiting for [Timberlake] to do something with this f**king brand -- make a song about it, put it in a god damn video, hold it up, take some pictures, I don't care -- just do something because we're dying on the motherf**king vine here!"

Biel -- seemingly bitter with the brand -- sarcastically launches into a series of new "angles" he thinks could help sales ... claiming among other things:

-- "901 Tequila ... mixes well with a bump of cocaine"
-- "901 Tequila ... Steve Jobs used to drink it ... oh man that's too soon."
-- "901 Tequila ... I only s**t my pants once on it."

Biel continues, "Sales dropped drastically from last year ... way to go sales team!  Our distribution partners still couldn't give two f**ks about the brand, repping Patron all the way, and giving us the ol' fist up the ass."

Sources connected to Biel and Timberlake tell us Jessica's brother left the company on good terms ... even though it doesn't appear that way in the videos.

A rep for 901 tells TMZ ... "Justin Biel’s video was intended to be one in a series of videos created by 901 Tequila employees (including the brand owner) as part of a larger viral marketing campaign slated for the end of December. It was released prematurely without our knowledge and prior to the final edit.”

Go Ahead...MAKE MY REALITY SHOW Punk!

Clint Eastwood is going the way of the Kardashians ... TMZ has learned his wife and two of his daughters are currently shooting a family reality show intended to air on the E! network.

Sources connected to the production tell TMZ ... the show will explore what it's like to live in a family of "Hollywood royalty."  It will focus on the relationship between Clint's wife Dina Eastwood, their daughter Morgan and Clint's 18-year-old daughter Francesca ... an aspiring actress.

We’re told 81-year-old Clint has agreed to make a couple of cameos -- but will not be a main character on the show.

The show is being produced by reality powerhouse Bunim/Murray -- the same people who produce all of the Kardashian reality shows ... along with "The Real World" and "Bad Girls Club."

Sources tell us producers are hoping to get the show on the air in the next few months.

Lindsay Lohan had court today...but are things looking good? Lets find out!

This is new ... Lindsay Lohan got high marks in court.

Lindsay appeared in court today for her probation progress report.  A very surprised Judge Stephanie Sautner began by saying, "Miss Lohan, you have actually done your work."

The judge noted Lindsay actually completed her 12 days of community service early.  And she went to an extra therapy session -- 5 instead of the required 4.  The judge also said the morgue was pleased by the work Lindsay has done there "at least as pleased as a morgue can be."

Judge Sautner said there was some confusion over whether Lindsay was allowed to go to Hawaii last week, but ultimately the Judge said it was ok, because she was celebrating her sister's birthday and she was allowed to go out of state for family events.

Lindsay is due back in court next month, but so far, so good

Mariah Yeater's Ex: "She Lied About Bieber Baby Paternity For 50k"

Robert Powell, the ex-boyfriend of Mariah Yeater is confirming what we all believed - she's a liar.
Robert says that Mariah lied about the Justin Bieber baby claims because she wanted to make some fast money - in the tune of $50,000, which is what she made for selling her story.
He adds:

"She lied. We were both homeless and living in Oceanside [California] and Mariah was trying to make some quick money.

She just picked him, because she thought he was famous and all and thought she could get a lot of money by telling the magazine Justin was the father. She just saw him as an opportunity to make a lot of money."

According to him, not only did Mariah not go to one of his concerts, but she's never even met him. "Just seen him on TV."

He is emotional though because he doesn't see his son, Tristyn Yeater, the boy Mariah claims is Justin's. Robert says:

"She said she was doing it for us … for our family and son. She made it seem like it was all for us but she's greedy. I don't know, I still love her though. All I want is to be with my son, that's all I care about. She can take all her money, I just want my son. And man, on the real, I feel sorry for Justin Bieber. He's just a little kid man. He don't need to be going through all this drama. He got a career and sh*t to focus on. I feel sorry for the dude."

Robert is currently in jail on three burglary charges and drug possession.
So sad. This poor baby has such unstable parents, it just doesn't seem fair.

Toronto's "Gay" Penguins Split Up, One Mating With Female!

We all knew it was coming but it's still sad.

Buddy and Pedro, Toronto Zoo's "gay" penguins have been split up.
And Buddy is already mating with a female! Poor Pedro.

The zoo is claiming it was more of a bromance than a gay love affair and that it's natural for same sex penguins to form a social bond in the wild.

Well even if they weren't lovers it's still sad two penguins who were so close are now split up.
But the zoo says it was because they had to ensure the continuity of their species.

Well hopefully Buddy and Pedro finds some solace in their new mates, but theres always hope they'll be reunited in the future.

TRUE or not so TRUE - Lady Gaga Is Going To Play Amy Winehouse In a Biopic?!

Amy Winehouse's life story, while tragic, would certainly make for a memorable movie. And there are rumors running rampant that Lady Gaga might actually take on the role of the late singer!

And get this. Amy's father, Mitch Winehouse, has supposedly given his stamp of approval on the casting.

"I have heard that Lady Gaga is keen to play Amy in a film," Mitch is quoted as saying to the U.K.'s Mirror.
 "I don't know what her English accent is like but it's not just an English accent she would have to perfect—it's an English-Cockney-Jewish accent so she better start practicing now. But she would be great."

So is one music icon about to portray another? Hold on, little monsters, because this rumor is...

Not so TRUE :  "I never said Lady Gaga will play Amy in film," Mitch himself tweeted about such cinema speculation, while clarifying another story at the same time: "Also Amy's room not a shrine. Wot a load of rubbish."

What's more, The Daily Mail spoke to Amy's dad, who told the paper that his daughter's story "will never be told in film," adding: "It would hardly be a biopic without the music and we'd never allow the songs to be released."

Speaking of Winehouse's music, a posthumous album, Lioness: Hidden Treasures, was released last week.

Jessica Simpson Signs Deal With Weight Watchers

Jessica Simpson wasn't able to get that $4 million from Weight Watchers to become the weight loss company's spokeswoman, but don't feel too bad for her because she still got $3 million!
The mother-to-be has just officially signed the deal that has been in the works for almost a month. Jessica will begin training to go from flab to fab with Weight Watchers' proven system right after she gives birth, as a source explains:

An engagement ring Roman Polanski gave to Sharon Tate before she was murdered by the Manson family in 1969 has been auctioned off ... and TMZ has learned it raked in more than $21k.

The ring was surrounded in controversy -- with Tate's sister insisting it wasn't Sharon's "official" engagement ring -- but rather an "unofficial symbol of her relationship" with Polanski.

The auction house later produced a letter signed by Polanski, contradicting Tate's sister.

The controversy didn't seem to matter when the ring hit the block at the GottaHaveRockandRoll.com auction -- because the item sold for $21,260 ... well over the $10,000 starting bid.

So far, the identity of the big winner has not been revealed.

An Italian woman, Marisa Assunta, died at 94 last month.
Living to 94 is pretty amazing, but what's more amazing is that her will left her entire estate and fortune to her cat.
Her cat, Tommaso, who was a stray until she rescued him, is now the richest cat in the world!

Problem was, Ms. Assunta had no living relatives and apparently no friends.
So her estate attorneys decided that both the cat, and all the money, are going to the nurse who cared for the elderly woman.

Men in Black 3" Trailer...There Back!

Will Smith and Tommy Lee Jones are back in black.

The first trailer for "Men in Black 3" debuted this morning, 14 years after the original movie dropped back in 1997.

From the looks of it, time travel plays a big role in the latest flick in the franchise, with Will's character traveling back to 1969 to find out the truth about his partner, Jones' "K." Josh Brolin plays a young K.

Lindsay Lohan - Purse stolen with 10k inside

Lindsay Lohan completely wigged after some jackass stole her purse in Hawaii this weekend -- telling friends, she was terrified the ordeal would land her in jail ... and TMZ has obtained audio of her expletive-filled freak out.

Moments after Lindsay discovered her bag was missing ... she says, "I will f**king kill someone if I even have to get questioned [inaudible] jail for a year." (all of this was caught on audio tape)

Lindsay was petrified she'd be stranded in Hawaii without her ID -- forcing her to miss her court date in L.A. Wednesday morning ... a misstep that could have potentially gotten her probation revoked, and landed her butt behind bars.

Lindsay can relax -- TMZ broke the story -- her passport and court documents permitting travel were eventually returned along with Lindsay's $5,000 Chanel purse. However, she's still short $10,000 cash.

On tape Lindsay adds, "My dad will kill me" -- interesting considering her on-again-off-again relationship with Michael Lohan ... and his own in-and-out-of-jail (currently, out) status.



Here it is ... PROOF Lindsay Lohan can still act ... because the actress hit the beach like she didn't have a care in the world Sunday ... hours after someone jacked $10k out of her purse.

With her Playboy spread officially released online, Lohan showed off her physique in a tiny bikini ... that couldn't quite tame her breasts.
