Kris Humphries - No divorce, I want an annulment on grounds of FRAUD!

TMZ has learned ... Kris Humphries just filed for an annulment against Kim Kardashian, on grounds Kim defrauded him into marrying her.

Sources close to Kris tell TMZ ... Kris was not in on the alleged fraud, meaning he did not stage the marriage for Kim's reality show.  We're told Kris wanted this to be a genuine marriage, but Kim was never really on board.

Kim has already filed for divorce -- but according to the docs, obtained by TMZ -- Kris wants Kim to pay his attorney's fees. 

We broke the story the couple has a prenup, but according to the documents Kris claims there are "community and quasi-community assets."  Sources connected with Kim claim there's no community property.

The short story here -- there's going to be a fight, because Kris thinks Kim did him in.


Kim Kardashian is telling close friends today ... she NEVER defrauded Kris Humphries into marrying her.

Sources very close to Kim tell us ... Kim loved Kris and the marriage was legit, but just fell apart in short order. 

As for Kris filing for an annulment on grounds Kim defrauded him, she says the two of them actually discussed annulling the marriage before she filed for divorce, but they were advised there were no legitimate grounds for an annulment.  Under California law, someone can annul a marriage if there's proof of impotency, incest, bigamy, unsound mind, force or fraud.

In fact, Kim is saying she wanted an annulment and filed for divorce only after being told it was her only legal option.

This has nothing to do with Canada but its still EFFed up :( President Obama Approves Slaughtering And Eating Horses??

President Obama just legalized horse slaughter for human consumption.
Yup.

That means the president says we can now kill and eat horses.
Gross.

The bill was signed into law right before thanksgiving.

So Obama will pardon two turkeys but only after sentencing 120,000 to 200,000 horses to death.

The slaughtering of horses was originally illegal only because there weren't any finances to support the inspection of horses in transit and the slaughter houses.

But now there apparently are enough finances.

So even though 70% of Americans are against horse slaughter, and Obama made a campaign promise to permanently ban horse slaughter, he still signed the bill.

Seems dishonest to us.

RUMOR CONTROL - Is Katy Perry Divorcing Russell Brand?

Early this morning, word spread like wildfire that Perry was looking to expatriate herself from her marriage to Russell Brand, with several outlets running with the supposed impending split news as fact.

So what's the deal? And how'd this rumor get started?

First of all, while neither Katy nor Russell has directly addressed the reports, a spokesman for the British funnyman did deny any knowledge of a bust-up to the U.K.'s Sunday Mirror editor Dean Piper.

"Spoken to Russell Brand's peeps," he tweeted this morning. "'Internet rumour—escalated out of control. Will check but we've not heard anything.' #thatsthatfornow"

Except that it wasn't, and despite the early morning denial, the rumor still hasn't slowed. So where did this rumor spring from?

Well, most outlets that repeated the rumor seemed to credit none other than TMZ with the supposed scoop, claiming that the site posted, and then quickly removed, a story claiming that divorce was nigh between the couple, who are no strangers to unfounded rumors.

However, TMZ's main sniffer dog, Harvey Levin, took to Twitter himself to clear his site's good name.
"A news outlet saying TMZ posted a story Katy Perry is getting divorced," he tweeted. "We did not post such a story…just made a call…100% NO DIVORCE."

Phew! Glad to hear it—though we'd much rather hear it straight from the source. If any couple has a way with words—particularly when they're shutting down rumors—it's these two.

TRUE or not so TRUE - Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick are pregnant?

It's getting harder and harder to keep up with the Kardashians these days—in fact, it seems like only yesterday we were all oohing and aahing over the cuteness that is little Mason Disick.

But now, that bouncing baby boy is a walking, talking toddler and the family's getting ready to welcome the second child of Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick. So how'd this up-and-down duo get from there to here?

Jackson family doesnt think Conrad Murray got enough jail time for the Mj manslaughter trial

Judge Michael Pastor may have imposed the maximum possible sentence on Conrad Murray this morning—four years behind bars—but as jubilant a reaction as Michael Jackson's family initially had to the punishment, well, cooler, more critical heads seem to have prevailed.

"It wasn't enough time," Jermaine Jackson told E! News on his way out of the courthouse.
Hardly a surprisingly response given that just moments after the hearing ended, Los Angeles Sheriff spokesman Steve Whitmore told E! News that when all is said and done, Murray, as expected, will not serve the four-year sentence doled out to him, but will instead wind up serving "a little less than two years" of that sentence.

The district attorney, however, isn't so sure.

Let's do the math.
"As far as the Sheriff is concerned, after the state takes away two years and he gets credit for time served, he will do a little less than two years," Whitmore said.

In court this morning, Pastor credited Murray with 46 days already served, thanks to the 23 he spent locked up between his verdict and sentencing dates, as well as credit given for good behavior.
However, in a press conference given after the hearing, District Attorney Steve Cooley said Murray's time in lockup remained a question mark.

"This is one of the great mysteries of life: What amount of time is someone going to actually do when they're sentenced to do so by a judge?"

Kardashian sisters grace the cover of Glamour and take New Years themed photo's

Kim Kardashian got downright depressing in a brand new interview with her sisters in Glamour magazine.

While the photos from inside the issue show a happy, scantily-clad Kardashian, the accompanying article isn't quite as cheery.

"At this moment in my life, I feel like maybe I'm not supposed to have kids and all that," she says in an excerpt from the issue, out December 6.

"I believe in love and the dream of having a perfect relationship, but my idea of it has changed," she adds ... alluding to her split from husband of 72 days Kris Humphries. "I think I need to not live in a fairy tale like that. I think I maybe need to just snap out of it and be a little more realistic."

When Glamour probed on what she needs to be more realistic about, Kim says "The fact that what I want isn't possible" -- causing Khloe to call her out, saying "Oh my God. Don't be dramatic all of a sudden!"

At least the interview ends on a positive note...kind of... with Kim adding "Maybe my fairy tale has a different ending than I dreamed it would. But that's OK."

Kris Humphries Watched Kim's Season Premiere Of Kourtney & Kim Take New York! So How Did He Feel About It?

With no shock what-so-ever, we'd like to report that Kris Humphries DID watch the season premiere of the latest Kardashian Kulture Hour -- and he was horrified about how he was portrayed through edits.
What did he expect??
Here's what an insider had to say:

"Utter horror, because it's just not a true depiction about what was actually going on between Kim and Kris. Kris did jokingly say that Kim ate too much wedding cake, but what viewers didn't see was Kim nagging Kris about working. There was nothing he could do about the NBA lockout, he was working out, and getting ready for the upcoming season, and he is a free agent. It was actually Kim's idea that Kris go back to Minnesota to train and give them some distance. Kris wasn't getting any sleep at all with Mason's playroom literally set up outside their bedroom door. It made no sense for Mason's play area to be on the second floor of the suite Kim, Kris, Scott and Kourtney were staying in. Scott and Kourtney were staying downstairs, and Scott felt that the producers of the show were just trying to provoke him into reactions."

Yeah, we could see that. But we could also see them BOTH being terrible to each other, no one being more of a "villain" than the other. The marriage didn't work because they weren't right for each other and they HAD to know that since the beginning. There's no way they couldn't.

Conrad Murray Sentenced to 4 Years in Prison for Michael Jackson Manslaughter

Just three weeks after being found guilty of involuntary manslaughter in the death of Michael Jackson, Conrad Murray was sentenced to four years in state prison, the maximum punishment for his propofol-pushing misdeeds.

"He has absolutely no sense of remorse and absolutely no sense of fault," Los Angeles Superior County Judge Michael Pastor said while handing down his blistering sentence. "And he's dangerous."
"There are those who believe Dr. Murray is a saint. There are those who believe Dr. Murray is the devil. He is neither. He is a human being."

A human being who just got the book thrown at him.

Pastor handed down the sentence in front of a packed courtroom this morning, with attendees including Katherine, Jermaine, Rebbie, La Toya and other Jackson family members, along with family friend Kathy Hilton.

The maximum sentence was what prosecutors had requested, while defense attorneys had been seeking simply probation for their client, who has been behind bars since the verdict, much of his time logged in the Los Angeles County Jail's medical ward.

The sentence was delivered to Murray—transferred to a holding cell in the courthouse earlier this morning—after attorney and Jackson family friend Brian Parish read out a statement on behalf of the family:
"There's no way to adequately describe the loss of our beloved father, son, brother and friend. We still look at each other in disbelief: is it really possible he is gone?

"As brothers and sisters, we will never be able to hold, laugh or perform again with our brother Michael. As his children, we will grow up without our father, our best friend, our playmate and our dad. We are not here to seek revenge. There is nothing you can do today to bring Michael back.

17-year-old Courtney Stodden attended church on Sunday looking like she was going to the club.

17-year-old Courtney Stodden attended church on Sunday wearing the littlest little black dress ever made! She was joined by her 51-year-old husband Doug Hutchison, and her mother (who signed the papers allowing her underage daughter to wed).

We're pretty sure what the other churchgoers thought when Court walked in with her gold wedges and her curves (which have been proven to be natural) out for everyone and God to see.

The trio later went to The Grove shopping center to pick up, unsurprisingly, lingerie from Victoria's Secret. We're sure she'll be modeling her new purchase very soon.

Wyclef Jean Under Fire Again For Improper Use Of Charity Funds. Did Wyclef rip off Haiti?

Wyclef Jean is under fire after new claims against his former charity have arised.
Yele Haiti raised $16 million for relief efforts after the Haiti earthquake.
Reports claim that only 5.1 million went to Haiti relief efforts while some of the money went to Wyclef's family.
The reports also claim that about $350K went to a construction operated by Wyclef's brother in law while another $1 million went to the company Amisphere Farm Labor Inc. that did not file paperwork correctly in Florida to do business.
This company's head recently bought three properties in Florida.
Wyclef continues to deny allegations which first arose in January 2010.
He went on to say the following:

Have we made mistakes? Yes. Did I ever use Yele money for personal benefit? Absolutely not.

Hopefully, for Haiti's sake, he's telling the truth.

According to court documents, the IRS is looking for Bow Wow to cough up $91,105.61 for unpaid taxes from the year 2006.
Wow! Can you imagine a 13-year-old owing that much money to anyone! Most kids at 13 would be lucky to have $91 bucks, much less $91K!

Bieber's Alleged Baby Mama Ex-Boyfriend Is POSITIVE He's the Daddy

The ex-boyfriend of Justin Bieber's alleged baby mama has no doubt ... he's the daddy of the baby she claims Justin fathered ... and he wants to take a DNA test to prove it.

TMZ broke the story that Mariah Yeater sent text messages to a friend ... fingering her ex, Robbie Powell, as the baby daddy.

Sources close to Powell tell TMZ ... he's making his move because he's tired of Yeater using the kid for media attention.

Our sources say Robbie has been telling friends ... Mariah told him the whole Bieber story was BS. We're told Robbie believes she did it for the money because she's desperate for cash.

According to our sources, Powell has been approached by several media outlets to tell his story and he's reviewing his options.

OLD GUY FIGHT and it was all over the CFL!

The wrinkled, arthritic fists were flying at an event for the Canadian Football League this weekend -- when two 73-year-old former players ATTACKED each other ... and it was all caught on tape.

Long story short -- former NFL quarterback Joe Kapp (who also played in the CFL) came face to face with former CFL enemy Angelo Mosca during a luncheon for the Grey Cup (the Canadian version of the Super Bowl).

Kapp shoved a flower in Angelo's face ... Angelo swung his cane ... and then Kapp fired off a NASTY right cross. Boom. Old man goes down.

According to reports, these two have hated each other since 1963 ... when Mosca threw a cheap shot at one of Kapp's teammates.

Playboy mansion triggered a lawsuit for discrimination!

The "Leather Meets Lace" party at the Playboy Mansion has triggered a lawsuit, filed by men who allegedly had to pay for admission while "gorgeous ladies" did not.

Steve Frye is suing on behalf of all men who paid $1,000 to get into the shindig.  In his lawsuit, Frye claims he was fried when he learned "gorgeous ladies" got in free.

Frye claims the double standard is sex discrimination, pure and simple.  He also says offering these women free admission "promotes harmful, negative stereotypes."

He's suing for unspecified damages ...

Man uses Pepper Spray on Black Friday to get what he wanted!

Now, before we get into this, we don't want to generalize the whole of Black Friday shoppers due to the actions of the crazy minority. But…

That being said, Black Friday is a setting some MAJOR shenanigans! A shopper used pepper spray to get their goods in a Los Angeles Wal-Mart late Thursday night.

James Cameron Talks Titanic 3D!

Check out the video (above) of James Cameron speaking about Titanic 3D, and doing a pret-ty good job of convincing us that he's put A LOT of care into this re-release.

We're not sure exactly how much money it costs them to convert this film into three dimensions, but we have a feeling we'll be spending AT LEAST that much on Kleenex when we see this!

And we definitely agree with James that choosing who U re-experience this movie with can affect it!
Should be quite an interesting viewing experience for all the grown-ups who saw the movie as kids, and have now found their own Jacks and Roses….

According to several reports, the graphic birthing scene in "Breaking Dawn: Part One" has caused some moviegoers to suffer from seizures.

In Sacramento, a man told CBS13 he began to have a seizure during the scene and his wife described him as "convulsing, snorting, trying to breathe."

A man in Utah had the same thing happen to him, telling ABC-4, "I didn’t really remember what happened, after that I think I blacked out. According to [my wife], I was shaking and mumbling different noises."

Photosensitive epilepsy, which can be caused by flashing lights, is thought to be the cause

TRUE or not so TRUE - Kris Humphries will sue Kim Kardashian over the reality show Kourtney & Kim Take New York?

Kris Humphries has no plans to sue his estranged wife Kim Kardashian over upcoming episodes of "Kourtney & Kim Take New York" ... sources close to Kris tell TMZ.

A report surfaced this week saying Kris was planning on filing a $10 million lawsuit against Kim because of how he expects to be portrayed on the show and because he has a larger role in it than originally planned.

As first reported by Gossip Gop, Kris has no plans to sue Kim. Sources close to Kris tell TMZ he still loves her and their relationship right now is "cordial."

According to our sources, Kris is worried that the show will make him look worse than he really is ... but he understands he has no control of it.
