The Game's new music video shoot with Chris Brown got gangsta -- for real -- when a producer was held up at gunpoint ... losing more than $12,000 in cash and jewelry ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell us the armed robbery went down Tuesday in South Los Angeles -- and the producer was sitting in his car with another person when 2 black male suspects walked up, pulled out a gun and demanded the goods. They made off in a gray Nissan Altima.

Sources on the music video shoot say the producer, named Mars, had walked about a block from the set when his jewelry and his wallet -- stuffed with a couple thousand bucks -- got jacked.

A rep for Game said everyone on the set is supposed to have security while walking around the neighborhood. A TMZ camera guy was on the block when Game got word of the robbery and started chewing out his security team.

Lindsay Lohan is a FREE girl!!

It's been thirty-five days since she began her grueling house arrest -- and now, Lindsay Lohan is moments away from sweet, sweet freedom.

The tracking device placed on Lindsay's ankle will be removed -- probably this morning -- and she will be free to roam the streets of Venice -- and beyond -- as she pleases.

Lindsay will then sign a house arrest completion form, which will then be forwarded to the L.A. County Sheriff's Department.

But Lindsay is not out of the woods.  She's on probation for the jewelry heist and must complete her 480 hours of community service.  She must also enroll in a "shoplifters alternative class" -- yes, we love that too -- and undergo psychological counseling.

But Lindsay will no longer have to endure the calamari that just doesn't travel well.  She's free to eat at Gjelina again, where the calamari is always fresh and crisp.

Did Lady Gaga Scam Japan Earthquake Victims?

"We all know Lady Gaga's heart is usually in the right place.
So it might come as a shock to her Little Monsters that their idol has been accused in a lawsuit of ripping off victims of last March's devastating earthquake and tsunami in Japan.
Talk about having a good "Poker Face."
So what's the deal?

The class-action complaint, filed in U.S. District Court in Eastern Michigan (read it in full here), claims that the 25-year-old Gaga (real name Stefani Germanotta), urged fans to buy her Lady Gaga Earthquake Relief Wristbands" for $5 apiece to aid recovery efforts in the Asian country, only to misrepresent her charitable initiative to individuals and the public.
According to court docs, Gaga stated that "all proceeds" from the sales of the bracelets would go to Japan relief when in fact such funds failed to materialize, and a majority of the money instead went to "shipping charges" that were in excess of the actual amount required to ship the bands based on their miniscule weight.
"There's a $3.99 shipping charge including packaging that weighed less than an ounce, so paying a $3.99 service charge for making a $5 donation is excessive since most of that costs about 50 cents," Ari Kresch, an attorney for 1-800-LAW-FIRM, which filed the lawsuit, tells E! News.
The suit goes on to note Lady Gaga's pleas to fans to lend a hand, citing statements she posted on her website.
"I designed a Japan Prayer Bracelet. Buy it/Donate here and ALL proceeds will go to Tsunami Relief Efforts. Go Monsters," wrote the hitmaker. "Little Monsters, show your support for Japan with this We Pray for Japan wristband!"
The legal eagle adds that those who gave a $5 donation assuming all of it would go to earthquake victims were duped, and not only that, but those Japanese affected by the tragedy saw very little of the cash promised.
"The first issue that came up was that there was a sales tax being charged on a charitable contribution," added Kresch. "Then it came to our attention that. . .not all of the money was going to charity."
Other defendants named in the suit include the fulfillment house, Bravado International Group Merchandising Services, Universal Music Group, House of Gaga Publishing and  Live Nation Merchandising.
The suit seeks unspecified compensatory as well as punitive damages.

SEA MONSTER DO EXIST!!!

A giant 55 foot SEA MONSTER has been found washed up on a beach in China.
The beast from the deep is so badly decayed it cannot be identified.
But according to local reports from Guangdong, in the south-east of the country, it weighed at least 4.5 TONS. (this totally trumps the Brooklyn Bridge Monster discovered last month.)
One fisherman, known only as Hwang (must be the local badass) said he was astonished by the find.
People have flocked to see the creature — despite the fact it's a rotting corpse from the ocean and probably smells like… a rotting corps from the ocean.
It was found tangled in ropes and one theory is fisherman caught it but could not land it as it was so big. OR it's just playing dead - and it's gonna get up and start running after people any second. One of the two.
We don't care what he is, as long as he has friends that willing to give us rides on their backs.

Lindsay says when she failed her test...all she drank was a fermented tea that contains a TEEEENY amount of alcohol

Lindsay Lohan is adamant she did NOT drink wine, beer or liquor during her stint on house arrest ... insisting her dirty test was caused by a fermented tea that contains a TEEEENY amount of alcohol.

Lohan has been telling friends she's been drinking her favorite kombucha tea again ... the same tea that caused her probation officer to raise a red flag earlier this year because it contains alcohol. The company behind the drink claims the alcohol content is less than .05%.

Of course, the judge ruled that Lindsay is ALLOWED to consume alcohol during her house arrest sentence ... so the dirty test didn't matter anyway.

TMZ spoke with Lindsay about the situation ... and she told us, "I am responsible, and I'm following the rules and obeying my judge and the Los Angeles judicial system."

She adds, " I'd like to do what I must to get my film career back and the respect of directors, actors, writers, studio heads, fans and so on."

Sources connected with "Jersey Shore" confirm with TMZ ... MTV will say goodbye for good to the current cast when they wrap Season 5.

Although some big wigs on the show denied it last week, we're told MTV wants a fresh cast of characters after they wrap Season 5 -- which begins shooting in New Jersey Monday.

AND THEN the twins re-ignited their lawsuit with Facebook, and tried to bring the suit to the Supreme Court, in an effort to get the settlement invalidated.
Now, Tyler and Cameron Winklevoss have decided to let it go and keep their settlement.

O.J. Simpson confessed to an Oprah Winfrey producer that he murdered his ex-wife

The National Enquirer (via NESN.com) reports that O.J. Simpson confessed to the murder of his ex-wife and Goldman to a producer for Oprah Winfrey and that there are plans for him to repeat the confession to Oprah in a televised interview

Oprah Winfrey wants to interview O.J. Simpson on the Oprah Winfrey Network to help put the network on the ratings map — on the condition that he promises to use the opportunity to say he killed his ex-wife, Nicole Brown Simpson.
“I have a dream of O.J. Simpson confessing to me,” Winfrey told an enthusiastic crowd of cable industry suits attending the National Cable & Telecommunications Association convention in Chicago, according to news media reports.

“And I am going to make that happen, people. I don’t just want the interview. I want the interview on the condition that you are ready, Mr. Simpson,” she added.

Wearing a Steve Alan striped blue shirt , a purchased Roseark necklace, Sass & Bide black pants, Chanel bag and Balenciaga heels, an orange Lindsay Lohan arrived for her latest court appearance on Thursday after failing an alcohol test while under house arrest.
The L.A. County Probation Department will ask Judge Stephanie Sautner to end Lindsay's Venice Beach house arrest and throw her back in L.A. County Jail.

TMZ has obtained photos showing the party scene inside Lindsay Lohan's Venice, CA loft -- including an open bottle of wine -- despite Lohan's declaration that her pad is booze-free.

The photo of the open wine bottle was taken on June 9 -- 3 days before Lohan had a bunch of friends over for a rooftop BBQ.

Lohan told various media outlets there was no alcohol at the BBQ -- and insisted she's been 100% sober -- but she tested positive for booze during a urine test on either the 12th or the 13th.
The dirty test is the reason Lohan was ordered to appear in court today ... and Lohan has some serious 'splaining to do, because she recently told a magazine, "Alcohol is not in my house, so it's just not a part of my life."

"Chris Brown put the charms on a parking officer yesterday in L.A. -- successfully dodging an expensive ticket -- but in the process ... he hurled another NASTY homophobic slur.

Before sweet-talking the cop, Brown accused several cameramen of alerting parking enforcement officers that his car was illegally parked, ranting, "Y'all n**gas is weak. Did you all call them to try and film me? Y'ALL N**GAS IS GAY."

Cops: Ryan Dunn Was VERY DRUNK During Crash

"Jackass" star Ryan Dunn was extremely intoxicated at the time of his fatal crash Monday morning ... with a blood alcohol level of more than TWICE the legal limit ... this according to cops.

West Goshen Police Chief Michael Carroll revealed Dunn's B.A.C. was .196 ... nearly two-and-a-half times the legal limit in Pennsylvania, which is .08.

Carroll added, "No other substances were found in his blood other than the alcohol."

As TMZ reported, Dunn and his passenger were killed when Dunn lost control of his Porsche, crashed in a wooded area and his car exploded in flames."

It was also reported that Ryan was doing 130 miles-per-hour in his Porsche at the time of the horrible crash that killed the "Jackass" star and his passenger -- this according to West Goshen police.

Coroner: Ryan Dunn Died Violent Death

"Jackass" star Ryan Dunn and his passenger each died as result of both blunt force trauma AND the fire that consumed Dunn's Porsche during the crash Monday morning ... this according to the Chester County Coroner.

The Coroner's Office just released the autopsy results for both men -- who, we're told, were each dead by the time officials arrived at the scene.

Based on the autopsy results, the crash was so violent, it seems it was impossible to determine if the two died from the impact of the crash itself or from the fire that resulted.

Officials say the toxicology results for both men -- which would help determine the role alcohol played in the crash -- will be released in 4 to 6 weeks.

TMZ previously reported, officials believe Dunn's car veered off the highway and crashed in a wooded area Monday morning ... before exploding in flames. Investigators believe speed may have been a factor in the crash."(tmz)

After downing at least 3 beers and 3 shots in 4-hours ...Ryan hit the road in his Porsche 911 GT3.

At around 2:38 AM, Ryan crashed -- killing himself and an unidentified passenger.

Celebrities + Las Vegas = A STD lawsuit worth 5 million!!!

The A-list celebrity "of substantial fame internationally" who allegedly gave a Las Vegas visitor herpes has settled the case for just over $5 million ...  the plaintiff in the case claims the celeb -- a male who is referred to as John Doe in the lawsuit -- allegedly lured him/her to a hotel room and gave assurance he was STD free. 

The plaintiff claims what followed was "mutual oral copulation, mutual self-gratification, rubbing and massaging each other, play-wrestling, licking and [unprotected] intercourse."

The plaintiff claims the entire affair was videotaped.

According to the suit, the celeb knew all along he had herpes, and transmitted it to the plaintiff.

We're told Keith Davidson, the lawyer for the plaintiff, has been negotiating with the plaintiff even before the suit was filed last month. The case settled last week.

So we'll never know the identity of the A-list herpes celeb. 

Hollywood beware.

Sean Kingston: 'I'm Feeling A LOT Better!'

"For the first time since he was critically injured in a jet ski crash, Sean Kingston has released a photo of himself on Twitter ... along with a message -- "Feeling alot better!" Kingston added, "GOD IS GREAT! Thanks for all the prayers and support! Love you ALL!”

Based on the photo, it appears the "Beautiful Girls" singer has also been released from the Miami area hospital -- where he was treated following the jet ski crash last month."(tmz)

Jackass star Ryan Dunn Dies -- Driver In Fatal Crash

"Jackass" star Ryan Dunn was the driver in this morning's fatal crash ... this according to cops who also say Dunn's car was "fully engulfed in flames" when officials arrived to the scene.
The West Goshen Township Police Department says officers found Dunn's 2007 Porsche 911 GT3  "off the road and in the woods."

Both Dunn and his passenger "died as a result of injuries sustained in the accident." Cops will release more information on the passenger once officials can positively identify the body.

Cops say "speed may have been a contributing factor to the accident."

An investigation into the crash is ongoing.

As TMZ previously reported, Dunn tweeted a photo of himself drinking with friends hours before the accident."(tmz)
