The 29-year-old actress - who also is in the midst of her "Total Recall" efforts - donned a faux pregnant belly as she filmed a pedicabbing scene with co-star Seth Meyers during the late night shoot.
Directed by Garry Marshall, the romantic comedy boasts a not-to-be-topped cast including big names such as Zac Efron, Sofia Vergara, Ashton Kutcher and Halle Berry.
As for the storyline, "New Year's Eve" depicts "the lives of several couples and singles in New York intertwined over the course of New Year's Eve."
Also starring Robert De Niro, Katherine Heigl, Josh Duhamel, Carla Gugino, Abigail Breslin, Alyssa Milano, Hilary Swank, Sarah Jessica Parker, Lea Michele and Michelle Pfeiffer, the film is set to be released this holiday season on December 9th.
